My Name is Slate Stone. I became immersed in the culture of Hip Hop since early childhood. Through my experience with producing, writing and performing, I evolved into a very talented and well-balanced artist. Known for my creative wordplay and razor-sharp lyricism, I will become proficient in the world of Hip-Hop.



-What do feels separates you from others in your field?

I feel that my originality, delivery, creativity and rhyme scheme seperates me from others.





-How does society and its struggles act you and others I your field?

-Where do you see the current state of hip hop at in 5 years?

In 5 years I'm hopin the game would have cycled back to the point where lyricism and the original essences of Hip-Hop dominate the game and determine your position in the genre.





-What role does family and friends play in your career?

My family plays a big role in my career because of love and support. Friends i dont have many friends but lots of aquantinces... my friends help me similar to that of my family.





-What do you thinks separates winners from losers?

winners know that they are winners and dont have to prove it because everyone else knows--especially the losers..who falsefy about themsleves winning.





-What advice can you give others in your field that you learned thru trial and error?

if i could give any advice it would be to be determined,original, humble when needed and be about buisness. Market yourself and your brand! dont take sh*t from any1 but be open and wiling to be criticised and introduced to a new way of things...it just may help you.





-Do you have any political views since everyone in today’s society does?

i dont really care bout the so called government...or political views they are all corrupted and or subject to the system a few created in order to control EVERYTHING. Think about it.





-HOw do you feel about the rumors about Obama that’s rampant on the Intertnet?

I hadnt heard of any rumors- if there are any..i dont really care..no matter how good he may do or speak they wont allow that to out wieght tha bs..





-Do you have any religious views? Are you religious?

Music is my Religion. my faith is in GOD.





-What are some of your influences in your life?

My dad,knowledge, and the true emcees & their music that made me wanna do what I do today...





-Switching to a serious subject, what is you view on drugs? Users, Abusers, Pushers?

Drugs arent good for anyone but i smoke..as far as users ---do what u do (everyone has a choice)--abusers (find a limit or seek help) and pushers find another hustle if u can (some dont have a choice)--the time they giving aint worth ya life...
